You are headed for a crash and this can make you feel even more stressed as the day goes on.
Another type of food you should avoid when you are feeling stressed is refined baked goods and breads. Whole wheat products are always better for you simply because they are high in fiber and low in sugar. White baked products are much like sugary foods. They give you a temporary boost, but will leave you feeling tired when it wears off.
Junk food: Junk food is certainly tasty. Everyone likes a greasy burger, fried chicken and salty fries every now and then. It is okay to have it every now and then, but you know what these kinds of foods can do to you. They will make you feel fat, tired and unhealthy. So, it stands to reason that when you are already stressed, you don?t need anything else that will bring you down. You need to instead concentrate on healthy foods?baked instead of fried, fresh instead of salty.
